After feeling this flogger used on her, the expression "that is one mean little bastard" was used. We thought it was fitting and the name stuck. Made from our finest oil-tanned cowhide 16 inches long and cut to 40 precise quarter-inch wide falls, the stinging sensation will be readily apparent.

Built into your choice of handle colors and finished with two turks head knots and a braided wrist loop. This would be a fabulous addition to any flogger collection
